Terms of Service

1. Services

Tech Ridge SEO ("we," "us," "I") provides web design, search engine optimization, AI integration consulting, and business automation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins via email or written proposal.

2. Monthly Service Plans

• Billing: Monthly plans are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Cancellation: You may cancel any monthly plan with 30 days written notice via email
• Website ownership: On monthly plans, the website is part of the service. If you cancel, you may purchase the website files for a flat buyout fee (discussed at signup), or we will take the site down
• No long-term contracts: All monthly plans are month-to-month

3. One-Time Projects

• Payment: 50% due at project start, 50% due at completion before launch
• Ownership: Upon full payment, you own all website files, code, and content created for your project
• Hosting: Hosting is not included in one-time projects unless specified. We can recommend hosting providers or host for an additional monthly fee
• Revisions: Projects include reasonable revisions as agreed in the project scope. Major scope changes may require additional fees

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information (name, address, services, hours)
• Respond to requests for review/approval in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access to domains, hosting accounts, or Google Business Profiles as needed
• Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes

5. Results & Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue increases. SEO and AI search visibility depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions.

We do guarantee the technical quality of our work: proper structured data implementation, fast page load speeds, mobile optimization, and correct schema markup—all verifiable through Google's own testing tools.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain ownership of all content, photos, logos, and branding you provide
• Our work: Ownership of code and design depends on plan type (see sections 2 and 3)
• Portfolio use: We may use screenshots or descriptions of completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing

7. Limitation of Liability

Tech Ridge SEO's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first. If we can't resolve it directly, disputes will be handled through mediation in Washington County, Utah, under Utah state law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
